If i want some unique paper size?
Cutting service is available upon request, which will take around 3–5 working days.

How could i get the paper sample (paper swatch)?
You can send an e–mail to us marketing@ekkawin.com with company and contact person information as well as the products you are interested in.

What is the minimum purchase order?
We sell specialty paper in sheet, so there is no minimum.

We sell coated paper and some other products in package. The minimum order is based on number of sheets per package, which depends on the grammage of the product. Normally, the average package contains 100 sheets per pack.

How about the delivery policy?
We have a free delivery service for minimum order of 3,000 baht (before 7% VAT) or minimum order of 1 full package of fancy paper.Order will be shipped within 1–2 working days.

จำนวนขั้นต่ำในการซื้อ
สำหรับกระดาษพิเศษ เราขายเป็นแผ่น ดังนั้นจะไม่มีจำนวนขั้นต่ำในการสั่งซื้อ

สำหรับกระดาษอาร์ต เราจะขายยกห่อ ดังนั้นจำนวนสั่งซื้อขั้นต่ำจะขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนแผ่นต่อห่อ ซึ่งจะแตกต่างกันไปตามความหนาของกระดาษ (โดยเฉลี่ยจะประมาณ 100 ใบ/ห่อ)

นโยบายการส่งกระดาษ
เรามีนโยบายส่งกระดาษฟรี ในกรณีที่มียอดชำระมากกว่า 3,000 บาทขึ้นไป (ก่อน VAT 7%) หรือในกรณีที่ซื้อกระดาษพิเศษ 1 ห่อขึ้นไป โดยทั่วไปจะใช้ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่ง 1–2 วันทำการ
